Based on the provision of Article 11 (Advertisements of Mail Order Sales) of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, we clearly state as follows.
The Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions shall apply only to transactions with residents of Japan. Please note that there may be differences from the information below in the case of transactions involving shipping from the Company to persons residing overseas.

Product price and shipping cost

[Redelivery cost] If a package is returned to our warehouse for refusal of delivery by the recipient or other reasons, and the package is redelivered from the warehouse at the request of the customer, the actual cost of redelivery will be charged to the customer. Timing of delivery of products

Special conditions are set depending on the products. They are stated on each product page.
Cancellation and return of products
[Cancellation] We cannot accept order cancellations for personal reasons at the request of the customer. If a customer refuses to accept a product, and the customer does not request a reshipment within 14 days of the return of the product to our warehouse, the contract will be terminated. In this case, we will refund the amount remaining after deducting the actual shipping cost (including costs for reshipment and return shipping) from the amount already paid by the customer. Provided, however, that if the shipping cost exceeds the product price, no refund will be issued.
[Return of products] We cannot accept exchanges for another product or returns of a product at the request of the customer for personal reasons. Provided, however, it is not for personal reasons of the customer, for example, when a product is defective or the customer receives a product different from the ordered product, we will accept returns and exchanges of the product and cover the shipping cost. In such cases, please contact our Customer Center within seven days of the receipt of the product and follow the prescribed procedure. If we are unable to provide a non-defective product for exchange, we will refund the total amount of the price.
Seller's liability for contractual nonconformity of products
In accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2 of Article 9 of the Terms of Service, we shall not be held liable for any inquiries, complaints, claims for liability for a contractual nonconformity, or other claims regarding the contents of the delivered products.
